Forearms getting too muscular from your hand grinder? Maybe its time to upgrade...

The Baratza Encore is one of the best automatic grinders for home brewing.

Boasting 40mm Conical Steel Burrs manufactured in Europe, the Encore gives you 40 grind settings ranging from 250 to 1200 microns (perfect for almost all home brewing methods, incriments haven't been fine enough for espresso in our testing).

The improved gearbox and motor gives you quick grind speeds ranging from 0.8  — 1.1 grams per second. Despite running at 550 RPM its still quieter than its contemporaries, so you won't be annoying your family or housemates for those early morning brews.

Sleek and compact, the Encore takes up minimal bench space and fits under most cabinets (H35cm x W12cm x D16cm).

Easy to clean, durable and efficient; the Encore is a great investment for home brewing whether you're new to the game or upgrading your kit.

How long will my coffee stay fresh?

Coffee remains at its peak quality for 7 to 40 days from the roast date. After that, it gradually loses its freshness and may result in a less vibrant cup..

Can I order ground coffee?

Certainly! During your order, you can choose to have your coffee pre-ground for various brewing methods. However, we recommend using a grinder for the freshest experience. Explore our grinder options on our equipment page.

What is the difference between a blend and a single-origin?

A blend combines coffees from different regions to balance and enhance flavour profiles. Single-origin coffee, on the other hand, comes from a single farm, offering a distinct and unique taste.

Is coffee seasonal?

Yes, coffee availability varies by region and season. Our House Blend remains consistent, while our single-origin options change throughout the year. Keep an eye out for new additions to our selection.

What is the best way to store my coffee?

To maintain freshness, store your coffee in an airtight, opaque container in a cool, dry place, like a pantry. While our packaging includes a one-way valve, long-term storage is best in airtight containers.

Can I pick up my coffee order?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our Melbourne HQ at 57-59 Stephenson st, Cremorne VIC 3121, during business hours.

Simply select the pick up option when on the check out page.

Can I set up a wholesale account for my cafe/office?

Absolutely, wholesale coffee supply is at the heart of our business. If you are interested in partnering with us, submit an inquiry using our wholesale contact form (link to wholesale contact form) or reach out to us at and we’ll connect with you.

Can I get a coffee subscription?

Yes, you can subscribe to our House Blend, Decaffeinated, rotating Filter roast, or rotating Espresso roast. Simply select your preferred coffee, quantity, and delivery frequency on our subscriptions page to enjoy a hassle-free coffee supply.
